Access levels
Our service is managed with access levels, you can learn more about them here.
There are 6 access levels used to define service permissions:
Member (L0): default access level for all service users
Trusted (L1): service users we trust enough to bypass a few restrictions
Helper (L2): staff members, they can handle requests and answer questions
Moderator (L3): they can manage trusted users, revoke helpers, disable custom links
Manager (L4): they manage the rest of the staff, custom links, subscription vouchers
Administrator (L5): they have full service access, handle managers and special cases
Please report any user who abuses their position to someone with a higher access level.
Member (L0)
Our most important access level! Without members, our service has no reason to exist.
While it doesn't give any special permission, members can use the integration and request custom links if they own subscribed servers.
Trusted (L1)
They are standard users who are trusted by our staff to perform the following operations:
Auto-approve custom link requests when nobody else is requesting the same link
Set any target URL for their custom links, they aren't bound to Discord invites
Participate to any closed beta test we may have for upcoming features
Users who request to become trusted members will usually not be selected by our staff.
Helper (L2)
They are staff members who can handle custom link requests and answer service questions. They will escalate your issue if they do not have an answer or need someone with a higher level.
Unless you want to report a security issue or an abuse, always contact our helpers first.
Moderator (L3)
They moderate both the service and the support server, they therefore have enforcement powers.
Here is a list of operations they can perform on our service:
Grant and revoke the trusted access level
Revoke the helper access level if necessary
Disable and enable custom links in case of abuse
Like all moderators, if they ask you to stop doing something, please listen to them.
Manager (L4)
They manage the service through Discord and have a read-only database access.
Here is a list of operations they can perform on our service:
Grant and revoke any access level up to moderators
Manage user titles, displayed before their enrollment status
Manage custom links, manually handle requests, delete assignments
Manage subscription vouchers for trials, compensations and giveaways
Please note that managers cannot edit the target URLs of assigned custom links.
Administrator (L5)
The highest level, they manage the entire service with full access to the database.
For security reasons, administrators may show as managers unless they need their access.
Here is a list of operations they can perform on our service:
Handle billing issues, refunds, grant or revoke all access levels
Edit rows in the database to handle special cases or fix any issue
Access all private data, including the bot's token and encryption key
Infrastructure maintenance, software upgrades, database migrations
This list is only an example since they can perform whatever is technically possible.
Unless you are having an issue with a manager or have been granted permission to do so, please do not directly contact an administrator even for billing issues. Our helpers will escalate as necessary.
